Return Policy
Every product is satisfaction guaranteed and may be returned within 14 days, when you have received the item(s) from the date it was shipped to you. The shipped date can be found on the shipping box label, in your shipment confirmation email, or in your account.

All returns that are shipped to us will be charged a 30% re-stocking fee, plus applicable taxes.

We will only accept items that have not been used and/or worn, with no odors of any sort, soiled, damaged, stained, dirty, dusty, pet hair, washed, dry cleaned, ripped, torn, deodorant, makeup, ect. The product must be in resalable condition. Items eligible for return must be returned with all original packaging and materials (item tags, cases, boxes, etc).

DAMASSIA reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange for items that has odors of any kind, soiled, damaged, stained, dirty, dusty, pet hair, washed, dry cleaned, ripped, torn, deodorant, makeup, ect. As soon as we receive the returned package, we will inspect it, and a refund will only be granted if the product is returned in excellent condition.

Exchange Policy
Concern that the item you want to exchange will be sold out, it is best to place your replacement order before you send back your exchange.

Final Sale
Items indicated as Final Sale or Promotions are non-refundable and are ineligible for returns or exchange.

Return Shipping
Unfortunately, shipping costs on returns and exchanges are the responsibilities of the customer. We do not offer free return shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend that you track your return. Most shipping carriers provide tracking information as part of the service. Using a traceable carrier will insure the full value of the return merchandise.

We do not accept C.O.D. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your package to monitor the delivery status.

Return Instructions
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Include all paperwork, and ensure the Invoice # and Billing Name appear on the Return Form.

Complete the return questionnaire in you shipping package and include it in the return package.

Send the return package to the address on the outside of your shipping package.

Refunds
As soon as we receive you’re returned/exchange package, we will inspect it, and a refund will only be granted if the product is returned in excellent condition. Online refunds that successfully pass inspection will be issued a refund back to the customer’s original method of payment.
